Apex 41
Apex 41 is a new 181-unit, class A, multi-family development in Lombard, IL. We designed, developed, built, and continue to own the project, which is among the highest-quality rental complexes in the suburban Chicago market. The project was the final piece of a 60-acre mixed-used development, which included a 150,000 sf Sears Great Indoors and 120,000 sf of multi-tenant retail, which we developed, leased, and owned.
