As owner/developer, we are currently in the preliminary stages for development of this brand new, 8-story, 220-unit, condo-quality rental complex. The project will also include replacing the existing public parking structure with a new parking deck which will provide 400 new public parking spaces and 300 separate and secured parking spaces for residents.
