Apex Glen Ellyn
We recently completed this new multi-family project in downtown Glen Ellyn, IL. The development, which includes both private property and a public parking lot, provided downtown Glen Ellyn with additional public parking spaces at no cost to the village, secured parking for the residents of the new 107-unit, best-in-class apartment complex, and 9,000 sf of prime ground floor retail space.
