DMG Westmont
We recently completed construction of this 50,000 square foot, medical-office, build-to-suit in Westmont, IL. The project, which included gaining control of the site, rezoning the property, and meeting the challenges of an accelerated timeline and building during the pandemic, came in on time and under budget. The entire building is now fully occupied by Duly Health and Care (formerly DuPage Medical Group).
